Purejourneyz provides consultation and assistance services for Canadian government benefit applications. We do not provide financial services, legal advice, or guarantee benefit approvals.

Our services are available only to Canadian residents. You must provide accurate information and meet all requirements for the benefits you are applying for.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, meeting application deadlines, and complying with all government requirements for benefit programs.

Purejourneyz is not liable for benefit application outcomes, government decisions, or delays in processing. Our role is limited to consultation and application assistance.

Service fees will be clearly communicated before engagement. We do not charge fees based on benefit amounts received, as we do not provide financial services.

Either party may terminate services with reasonable notice. Termination does not affect obligations that arose before termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
